All confirmed and paid orders will be processed and fulfilled unless otherwise cancelled by Kuveras due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., payment verification failure, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity). Kuveras also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time without assigning reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from suspension or discontinuation of services.
4. Warranty and Liability
Kuveras offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewellery bought through our official Website www.kuverasshop.com. This warranty covers re-polishing and minor repairs due to normal product use. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or general wear and tear.

Kuveras shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. We accept no liability for delays or failure to perform our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transportation delays, or governmental actions.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

6. Damaged or Defective Products
Each Kuveras piece undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing

Upon verification, Kuveras will arrange a replacement of the same or similar item (subject to stock availability). Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to three times. If your order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. To re-ship the order, an additional ₹250 shipping fee will apply.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned undelivered, re-shipment will only be processed once the order value and shipping fee are prepaid online.
8. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Return Policy: Returns must be reported to care📧kuverasoverseas@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns reported beyond this period will not be accepted.
Once the returned product passes our Quality Check (QC), the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
All return shipments will be scheduled and picked up free of cost by Kuveras’ designated courier partner.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Kuveras values your trust and is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect and use your personal information only for fulfilling orders, improving services, and providing personalized experiences. Your data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
